As your Buyer's Representative, I can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can help you get financing, guide you to neighborhoods and schools, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you desire in your next home. I will save you valuable time by finding the properties that are the best fit to your requirements, and will show you those that match your list of "must haves".
Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I will negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
It's my job to look after your best interests, and I will go above and beyond to ensure you get the best deal and no detail is overlooked! Best of all, I will do all of this at absolutely NO cost to you since my fees are paid by the seller!
As your seller's agent, I will represent and protect your interests every step of the way. As a seasoned professional, I have extensive experience marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage.
First, we'll perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home. Then we'll provide home staging advice and suggest changes that will help draw buyers in. We'll advertise your home through a variety of methods, including local publications, online MLS® listings, attention-grabbing marketing materials, and professional photography. I will be there to represent your interests every step of the way. I will ensure everything is just perfect for the photographer, create a floor plan, virtual tours, and videos of the property to attract today’s online home shoppers. I will host open houses and follow up on every showing to ensure you receive prompt feedback from each prospective buyer. I will present all offers to you immediately and negotiate with the buyer’s agent on your behalf to ensure you get the best deal possible that protects your interests! I will be there with the inspector so I fully understand and can communicate to you in detail about any concerns they may find. Finally, I will prepare you for closing by ensuring all requirements for closing are taken care of in advance to ensure a stress-free experience and a smooth closing. Of course, I will be there with you at closing as well to answer any questions you may have as you are signing the final closing documents!
